unlimitedYes. Come along and Mind Yourself with Act The Maggot! Sunday is the day of rest. Why not treat yourself to a personal day of nurture and relaxation on Sunday November 29th with us? Prepare yourself for the December madness and look forward to 2016. This special day will be held in the sanctuary of Dublin Holistic Centre. The workshop will include a few fun ice-breaker exercises, some gentle stretching, short mindfulness meditations, creative thinking exercises and the creation of vision boards. We will also discuss tips & tricks towards better diet and sleep hygiene. Each participant will leave with a goody bag of mindfulness tips and your own vision board. Limited places.
