Positive living programme for Adults

This is an 8-week course that has been developed over the past four years. It combines light physical exercises, gentle improvisation, mindfulness and vision boarding. Participants socialise better and gain confidence through this fun, holistic course. keytohappiness
If you’d like to take an acting class but are feeling a bit anxious and challenged why not try our class specifically aimed at people who suffer/or have suffered from a psychological difficulty. Act The Maggot is regularly hired by organisations and day centres to facilitate this 8-week programme. This class is really one of the stepping stones in your recovery – it’s all about having some fun to compliment all the hard work you have been doing on yourself. Now it’s time to lighten up with the help of your peer group, to work on your social skills, boost your confidence and go with the flow.
